Digital Detox: What I Learned From A Week Offline

Confession time: I, social media addict extraordinaire, just completed a FULL WEEK without my phone! 😱

After feeling constantly drained and comparing myself to perfectly curated feeds (ironic, I know!), I decided to disconnect completely. No Instagram, no emails, no WhatsApp. NOTHING.

The first day was torture—I kept reaching for my phone every five minutes! By day three, something magical happened. I finished two books, had the deepest conversations with friends, and actually noticed the beautiful details around me.

My anxiety? Practically disappeared. My sleep? INCREDIBLE. I woke up feeling present instead of immediately checking notifications.

Don’t worry, I’m not quitting social media (how would I share all my fashion finds with you loves?!), but I’m implementing “phone-free Sundays” as my new non-negotiable self-care ritual.
